The Seven Acts Of Mercy Poem by Sheena Blackhall

The Seven Acts Of Mercy

Feeding the hungry, Cyrenians do it
Visiting the prisons: for those who blew it

Burying the paupers: Council- cremated
Salvation Army: Clothing the naked

Caring for the sick: the NHS
Shelter accommodates the poor homeless

Giving drink to the thirsty, water's free
The Seven Acts of Mercy & Charity
