The soft glance in your eyes is still lingering,
there are memories that it brings back.
I have got an inability when you do set my days.
I hear a redbreast singing its heart out,
while thunder roars in the distance
and in vain I am waiting here for you.
The wind moves a door that moans softly
and it's twilight and almost night.
You were the heartbeat that did keep me alive,
the breath that renews when everything becomes dark.
I did trust you with all of my life.
Blue-white I am blinded while the rain pours down.
Wet ground reminds me of you and new life,
your eyes lingers shining like those of a cat.
