The Struggle Of Moving On Poem by Jesse Deegan

The Struggle Of Moving On

Rating: 1.0

The Struggle of moving on
Here I lie sleepless once again, all these horrible demons are floating around my head.
Oh why can't I sleep knowing I've given it my best, when all I feel is an overwhelming dread.
Feeling alone, lost struggling to rest, stuck in a long dark tunnel of being greatly depressed.
Why does this happen to those who love with all their heart? When at the end of it all you're left feeling like you've been stabbed by a dart.
Each breakup each heartbreak is a journey itself, from these experiences we slowly improve ourselves.
For I know one day I will meet my Mrs. Right. But until then I just want to sleep and dream without you in my sights.

You are processing within the realities of you life in really concise form which speaks well to pain and the wonderment of what tomorrow brings. I found it refreshing.
