That awkward silence of death.
You hear the terrifying news and it as if your heart has left.
It has left you shaken and shook up.
And all at once your emotions erupt.
The loud cries and silent prayers.
It was as if someone is tearing you down in layers.
It is always un-expected we never want them to leave.
And when we get the news our hearts start racing and it gets difficult to breath. Experiencing this is just another part of life.
That awkward silence of death cuts like a knife.
