The uncommon factor
Monday,30th September 2019

Gone were the days
when we stayed together
exchanged pleasantries
and lived happily with miseries

A small village and innocent people
we enjoyed making the good struggle
life was simple and ordinary
we worked hard for the things which were necessary

as time changed
we too changed
the greed and jealousy took over
we started making excuses and cover

life has become showy
with lust for more luxury
we have become intolerant
and want everything instant

this has brought in the uncommon factor
that leads to the frustration and anger
little things add to acrimony
with deceitful attitude and treachery

We have turned humanity
And become blood-thirsty
With no respect for fellow brethren
And having no concern too
