The warriors of a silent war
We fight, each man's imagination at stake
And when doubt challenges faith
Another war, another scar
Losers in victorious spirit
We sing, a victory song
Can consciousness define existence
When lies clash before hands meet
Surely,
The sun shows each man wonders
But only little ones glow, why I wonder.
We just run course of our imagination
But has it not betrayed us I wonder.
And
When this silent war is over
Another war breaks
Rigged conscience rains dirt in spring
A whole new breed of warriors, what will they bring?

Lovely philosophical piece of poetry, well articulated and insightfully penned in poetic diction with conviction. A good depiction of self-centred battle - a silent war that one is faced with. Thanks for sharing Ren. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
