The Weather Man Poem by You... don't... want me...

The Weather Man

Rating: 5.0

Rain is belting me from all sides
I slip on the dirt, and go down in a slide

Here I am, all muddy and wet
My only friend a beloved pet

Alone I lay, on the ground
Waiting here, not making a sound

Shut off from the world by a wall of water
Lying here like a lonely Mourner

Today the rain has one the fight
Dear god, I hope the weather man isn't right
