The Whole Poem by Joshua Bantum

The Whole

A portion of the world around is perfect

And if you could see strait
Censored
then that's a world that'll be

But a portion of the world is horror,
and if you could look any other direction
you'd see me waltzing with it

My youth spectacular in its resealience with death
sombering permanence.

The world is all
your eyes a veil of filters
thickness to the oceans depth
strangeness to the minds foulness
and strength like the mountains touch upon new earth
like a tooth approaching new skin in growth

prepare for the feast.
