Then She Was Gone Gone Like The Wind Poem by ART PAUL SCHLOSSER

Then She Was Gone Gone Like The Wind

She was beautiful like I was blind
I told her I loved her like I was a fool
She believed me like she found a Sucker
Then she was gone like gone with the wind
Took all my money like I was a winning ticket at the lottery
Then she was gone like gone with the wind
And I was broke like trash can living
Cause I spent the rent like a fool and his money
But I got back up like the greatest boxer
I had it made like because I got smarter
Living in like a king without any problems
Then she came back like I was a magnet
Dress to kill like out of a movie
Told me the same lines like she took me for butter
I told sorry you've got the wrong number
