there for me

you were there for me,
your love is the only light i see,
i've been dragged so deep down this damn hole,
when i see your face my soul becomes whole,

you are there for me and im sorry it took me so long to realize,
but now i know that you're there for me, & my love is no disguise,

i will not die, when i can still fight,
you have saved me from Death's unholy light,

because you are there for me,
oh you are there for me,
and since i'm free i can truly see,
just who i was, and who i can become,

and when you looked into my eyes,
i found the strength to stand upright,
i will not die, when i can still fight,
for you are there for me,
oh you are there for me,
for you are the only light, i see when im at the bottom of my Misery,
and i know that you will always be there for me,

because i will not die, when i can still fight,
you have saved me from Death's unholy light,
your love has saved me,
oh your love has saved me,
yea your love has saved me,
and now i finally see,
the light in front of me...

I like this. It feels so honest and that's what makes it a good poem. Please read some of mine and leave a comment or two. I would appreciate your opinion on Asking You to Stay or Burnt. Thanks! http: //www.poemhunter.com/aria-siren/ (Report) Reply
