There's A Life Poem by Gary James Smith

There's A Life

There's A Life

There's a life that some souls are living
But they are dead in trespasses and sin
To become alive in the Lord Jesus Christ
They must be born again
Are you living or dying
What are your thoughts towards God
Are you on the broad path that leads to destruction
Or are you following after the Lord

This is a weighty matter
It deserves top priority
For how you are living today my friend
Will determine your destiny
So again I bring you to Jesus
For there's not a Friend like Him
Who loves you and loves you and loves you and loves you
Wanting that you turn from your sin

What do you think of the Timekeeper
Have you given Him the time of day
Or are you thinking you can figure things out
And go on stubbornly doing things your own way
The Light of the world is Lord Jesus
Who's offering a so great Salvation
Seek ye the Lord while He may be found
And save your soul from damnation
Seek ye the Lord while He may be found
And save your soul from damnation!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
