There The Red Sun Rises Poem by Tim Vallie

There The Red Sun Rises

Rating: 5.0

There the red sun rises
High o’er the hill
There the red sun rises
It bends men to it’s will
There the red sun rises
Blood was shed this night
There the red sun rises
To the devil’s own delight
There the red sun rises
High above us all
There the red sun rises
This day many shall fall

COMMENTS OF THE POEM
Hazel Durham 10 December 2013

A sense of menace as the red sun rises as the day will bring hardships to be endured to many. As it's powerful rays show up clearly the destruction of the night before. A powerful write with great rhythm and flow.
