Thin Poem by neon rowles

Thin

Rating: 4.5

a tear rolls down her face
as she looks in the mirror
wipes away the salty tear
and stares at her dinner

she looks at her posters
the celebrities on the wall
all so beautiful so rich
she wishes she could have it all

people on the website
tell her its the way to go
she thinks shes a part of them
they feel the same they know

internet is a fine thing
she thinks it makes the pain go away
but in fact she is slowly melting
shes feeler weaker every day

her parents dont understand
her sister is getting mad
she slowly feels forced
to do what they say but its bad

she continues to refuse
to let them get their way
she sneaks around throughout the day
and slowly fades away

june 2008 saturday 10pm
the doctor confirms shes dead
noone will ever know now
what was going through her head.

Fat or thin, a terrible addiction to be in, when your body seems to get the best of you. Good write
