I would buy you flowers
I would walk you home
Make you smile when you’re alone

Walks on the beach
Down on the sand
Let you know how I fell when I hold your hand

Watching TV, staying in bed all day
Holding you in my arms under the duvet

Going to the cinema or out for a meal
I hope doing all these things will show you how I feel

Walks in the park, trips to the zoo
Just a few of many things I would love to do for you

Kissing your neck and stroking your hair
Going to the arcade to win you a teddy bear

Taking you on holidays all over the world
Buying you jewellery, diamonds and pearls

I wrote you this poem and swear it is true
It’s just a few things I would do for you.
