This Love Poem by Captain Hook

This Love

Rating: 4.8

Is this what i deserve
This unending game
Guess i had some nerve
To try and reclaim
This love
This love
This so called love

These past memories wish i could erase
I gave everything up I did my worst
Well i fled from my fears i know its been awhile
But I must admit I miss that smile
Upon your face

This love
This love
This so called love
Its such a bore
With us at such a distance
I'm out of patience I'm 5 feet out the door
Unless this so called love has any existence
Nevermind your just being insistent

Lonely days and even lonelier nights
Im in love with you she would say
Her delicate words would be a delight
Now i wish i could hear her say that tonight

I was unprepared and heartless
But she could care less
She fell in love all over again
With a man, a man better than
Than a boy like me

This love
This love
This so called love
Its such a bore
With us at such a distance
I'm out of patience I'm 5 feet out the door
If this so called love had any existence
Nevermind your just being insistent

I remeber a day before school was out
It was just you and me walking to a nearby store
I needed a friend and you were there
Well im sorry for walking out of the blue
It was falling apart to me but not to you
I needed to go some place somewhere
But you werent going anywhere
Going where?
Going where?
I made a mistake no doubt

Im not sure why i have these thoughts when im barely awake
I suppose i need someone here
Someone here to help me make
This love
This love
This so called love disappear
