Thousands Of Thoughts Poem by Shalom Freedman

Thousands Of Thoughts

Rating: 5.0

Thousands of thoughts
Endlessly pass through the mind
Dreams of an old man
Too old to realize any of them
The world goes on
Life goes on
Time is real and absolute in old age
There is no contracting or speeding one's way away from it
The arrow of time means decline
And soon it will mean a single person's entropy.
