Three Hearts Poem by D.N. Rebb

Three Hearts

Rating: 5.0

Three hearts, continually in commission
Loving just one is reasonably insufficient
Yet each heart is unique from the others
Use special care when opening any new doors

One heart cannot live without the other two
A future you will need to thoroughly think through
Can one love three hearts at the same time?
It will take capability and a courageous spine

Each heart, so unique and different on their own
Glistening like individual tiny rhinestones
Yet, together creating a charming piece of jewel
An unbreakable bond that intriguingly rules

Don't worry, it will be pleasing to love them all
There's so much more to receive on a whole
There will be a flooding of love that will be hard to contain
And, in time you might become a part of their chain

Don't fundamentally question your adequate strength
Affectionately embrace all three hearts at full length
When you're in love with someone levying three hearts
Modest expectations comment a convincing part
