Time Difference-Morning Call

Time difference-Morning call
Friday,17thSept 2021

Good morning dear friend
I gave a morning call, and the reply came from another end
'Why did you call in the early morning'?
I felt sense why she had an offending tone?

She had just sent 'Thanks & welcome'
since it was wee hours and had come
I gave a courtesy call
but that witnessed a disgrace fall

What makes you feel awkward?
you don't like reciprocatory words
she retorted 'you should know the time difference
my eyes are not fully opening even I tried many times

I felt why was she irked
but I joked at her irritation
you can unfriend me for discourtesy
but feel no bitterness

'we will continue as a friend
but let me end this sleepy situation
I will get fresh
and end this mess' she gave in a reconciliatory tone

the matter ended with great understanding
I took full blame on myself by sending good wishes
for the day and wished happiness
at least I could make a good impact with frankness
