Time's Monument Poem by Jonathan Platt

Time's Monument

Events gone, moments now, and occasions to be,
Are the famed threads of thy tapestry.
In thine honor, a small monument - the clock,
Gave a face, hands, and a voice to thee -
Tick-tock, tick-tock, tick-tock.
