I know it's time to move on,
Let go of everything we had,
I just can't leave without telling you what's on my mind.
I still do love you with all of my heart,
With all my soul, with everything that I am.

Maybe moving on is the best thing for us,
Maybe we are making a mistake and throwing our love away.
I think about everything we have done together,
Every secret we shared with each other about our lives,
And I can't believe we are walking away.

I know it's time to move on,
Let go of everything we had,
Tomorrow I'll miss you more than today or maybe I won't think of you at all,
But you'll always have a place in my heart no one could replace.

One day I'll look back and I'll either regret walking away
Or I'll be grateful that I did,
No matter what it is I'll stay positive and keep my head up,
I know we both tried and today we realized it just wasn't working between us.

Baby we know it's time to move on,
Let go of everything we had,
Let us forget the past,
Start a new chapter,
Begin life without each other.
