To Be Saved
Overwhelmed by sadness
Overcome by pain
Borderline on madness
About to go insane
I feel like I’m living such a lie
Only such a wish to die
As escape from this hell
Just a want to say goodbye
Burdened by such regret
With needs never met
Dying on the inside
So many sins within to hide
To be saved from this life of pain
Would be only such a dream
To leave this life of mine
Forget what has been
Trapped inside this life
Wishing only to be free
I just wish that I could see
That this is not what life will be
