To Pay My Debt Poem by Manonton Dalan

To Pay My Debt

it is freezing here
carol lights were gone
not a footprints left
besides in my heart
i have boxes unopened
waiting for my time

i could use my mitten
my thick cotton sweater
that doesn't prevent me
from pain of freezing cold
but i wish wind will stop
i want to leave for work
