I wish I can again get this year,
The happiness I received last Christmas.
And the many years before.
To share and toast,
With those loved most...
On such a festive day.
As Christmases past are reminisced,
And those from us who have gone away...
Remain still missed,
To remember as the best gift,
One is blessed to get.
And knowing the feeling to be unforgettable.
