Morning Star dispelling all the darkness

banishing the gloom of my awfulness.

That warm and quickening life giving ray

shines so brightly at the dawn of each day.

The Root and Offspring of king David's line.

Gloriously the Morning Star does shine.

Great testimony to the church on earth

shines from the One who came by virgin birth.

The Spirit and the Bride say 'Come, Lord come.

'Our great response is 'Come and take us home.

'The Water of Life we have tasted Lord.

The gift from Christ Jesus the Son of God.

The Bible calls You by many names

each one giving a glimpse of Your glory.

Like a cut diamond radiating in the sun

with every facet depicting an aspect of Your Divine Nature.

Today I have thought of You as'The Bright and Morning Star'Revelation 22: 16-17
