Tokyo Poem by Ceyhun Mahi

Tokyo

Rating: 5.0

The sunlight's fading away,
Ending the traces of day,
With orange-yellow colors,
Starting times of fun and play.

There're many crowds to be seen,
In this lovely sea of sheen,
So early do they begin,
Starting times of fun and play.

The city lights are gleaming,
The lovely eyes are dreaming,
The cameras are filming,
Starting times of fun and play.

I have this little sorrow,
Burried in that Tokyo,
About a happy, sad show
Starting times of fun and play.

The cafes are filled with crowds,
Skies adorned with pearly clouds,
All empty, left are the beds,
Starting times of fun and play.

Will they ask me in the streets:
''What is he talking about,
That Mahi, bout those delights,
Starting times of fun and play? ''
