Tomorrow

As I stood at the edge of tomorrow
I gazed longingly back to yesterday
A day i could take solace in
Fo tomorrow is a vast unknown

Yet today was once a tomorrow
has proven itself so
The surprises, the pitfalls
The lessons learned

Yet I shall embrace yesterday
Learn from today
And with all my being
Challenge all my tomorrows

Good Thoughts. What do you want your tomorrows to be like? Different than all the past ones? I want mine to always be changing, but always have poetry in them. What about you? (Report) Reply

Beholding me that all the pageants play,
Disguysing diversly my troubled wits.
