Touch Poem by doug bentley

Touch

Rating: 4.8

when we surrender we die.

life lifts outstretched arms and we,
poor adams, uncomprehending

of the miracle touch has brought,
stare blankly into the eye

of an infinity we will not find
a beginning to begin to know

Is it possible we don't allow ourselves to soar beyond and tap into massive wisdom that awaits us. We know more than we think we know and what holds us back needs to be released, it's within us. Excellent poetry.....
