What is a true friend?
Are they the people that I see every day?
Will they be there until the end?
Will they stick by me when things don't go my way?

A true friend will pick you up when you fall
A true friend will trust and be trusted
A true friend will pick up when you call
A true friend will back you up when you are busted

They won't give up on you
When you've given up on yourself
They will remember the good times
Even when they're on the shelf

They will never let you go
Even when you think its the end
They will never let you go
That is. A true friend.
