truth and love
hand in glove?
married pair?
if they don't get along
who's wrong?
is truth too cold, too rigid?
does love's reaction turn frigid?
is love too passionate, too hot?
does truth love reason so much
that she loves not?
love stirred well into truth
and truth stirred deeply into love -
a recipe concocted
by spirit within and Above
tastes better
like peanut butter
with cracker
