Here stood my home!
In blazing sun and mirage
In frigid winter and snow fall
In hail storm, gale and torrential rain
Here stood my home!
Among golden fruits and dancing flowers
Where often to cuckoos and sparrows I spoke
Where often I listened to the crows' and frogs' croak
Here stood my home!
Until the giant waves swept away, as if fallen leaves
And all that may well come again, Oh! will my father?
