As we contemplate our past, present and future,
I guess we all wish there would be some things we could change.
I certainly would.

I would have fought harder for my first love
I would have spoken up when I was injustly treated
I would have displayed more respect for the opinion of others
I would have remained loyal to the standards that I held so dear
I would have said ' I love you ' more often to the ones I love.

I would love to be settled in my relationship
I would love to have a more challenging job
I would love to have my former friends back
I would love to have my family close
I would love to apologize to the ones I hurt.

I will try to make things right with God
I will try to clean up certain things in my life
I will try to learn to trust and be more forgiving
I will try to be kind and patient with others
I will try my best to improve the kind of person that I am now.
