Twas Evil Poem by Paige Johnson

Twas Evil

Twas evil and the bloody Grim Reaper
Did lie and darkened in the cellar;
All black were the devils,
And the vampire avenged revengefully.

'Beware the wolves, my son
The werewolves that betray, the vampires that stab!
Beware the dark knife and shun
The dangerous scythe! '

He took his devilish death in hand;
Long time the hateful werewolf he sought-
So rested he by the revengeful snake,
And stood awhile in thought.

And, as in hateful basement he stood,
The wolves, with claws of darkness,
Came striking through the vampiric wood,
And killed as it came!

One, two! And through and through
The strong demon went boom!
He left it dead, and with its claws
He went murdering and back.

'And hast thou slain the wolves?
Come to my fangs, my scary boy!
O evil day! Woah! Wow! '
He murdered in his sleep.

Twas evil and the bloody Grim Reaper
Did lie and darkened in the cellar;
All black were the devils,
And the vampire avenged revengefully.
