Two Cauldrons Of Biases

Rating: 5.0

the love that sweeps
over me to douse a
a heart caught in the
flames of hell, it is god's
that keeps the devil at bay

much do i borrow
from him to see more clearly
his greater humanity

for my eyes, so easily they
can be shadowed by fumes of hell
that they become two cauldrons
of burning biases

Powerful and thought provoking - It is true that we must recall who continually re-focuses our vision of truth. Nice writing, John. Blessings, Debora
