Under The Mask Of Kindness Poem by Pietro Grossi

Under The Mask Of Kindness

People who wear a mask
Are the worst in the world,
Often under their gentleness
Hidden cynism is tall.

Sitting alone at table
in 'Pizzeria Natalino'
I was enjoying my time
Waiting for Pizza and Vino.

At the table beside.
Easy it was to discover,
The gay speaking to his friend
Was that kind I said over.

Said 'I found another girl
Who gave me more attraction,
And I wished was Mary
To break up our relation.

I swallowed a lot Bromid
Before sleeping with Mary,
And said while started crying
Doc told I could be sterral.

I had a second plot
If not enough to rid,
But no woman accepts
Life without sex and kids.

I had a lot of tricks
And I enjoy to put in action,
They really satisfy me
Much more than new relations.

They laughed when I left
Disgusted by this clever,
Saying 'Bromide action
I hope will last forever'
