Universally Present Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Universally present

I looked at mother's face
She was feeling tense
Probably her child was sick
She had come to seek doctor's advice

It is still unclear
What makes her fear?
The child is so dear
We can understand the anxiety on part of her

The child is an eye of the family
The members look after him well and consider dearly
So is the father's attitude
He is fatherly and add new dimension

Such quality is universally present
Animals and birds show the same spirit
In all the cases, parents show extraordinary care
For child's safety, the parents go to any extent and dare

The children are everything
As parents try to bring
Happy moments and enjoy
If child is naughty, they never annoyed
