Cristhian Aguilera

The world seems strange at times
alone and unknown to the faces of many
raising to become a man but clueless
as to my purpose here on earth
The only thing I truly adore
and hope to hold forever
will soon be taken away
forever more
forever more I'll close my eyes and wait for you
till then I remain trapped and unknown
stuck with no features as I travel without a fixed direction
again unknown
unknown to all
unknown to many
unknown to the world but never forgotten.

Poem of the Day

poet Robert Browning

by Robert Browning

Take the cloak from his face, and at first
Let the corpse do its worst!

How he lies in his rights of a man!
Death has done all death can.
