Until We Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Until We

Until we reform
And remain well informed
About faith and religion
The skirmishes may remain in all regions

The hostile part of fanatics
Calls for bloody change with new basic
The concept can’t be accepted by any country
The peace should be kept in observance daily

Someone firing across the barbed wire
There is retaliator fire
Killing people on both sides
That shows clear divide

We talk of peace
But don’t like its presence
Money and weapons are freely distributed
The game goes on unabated

Since two worlds wars
We had stayed aloof and far
Now fight is in different form
Ideology is forced and that may cause biggest harm

We were good neighbors
Now we are blood thirsty hunters
We love to see red blood color
Where from you can expect peace with honor?

Until We
