Untitled 14 Poem by Ryan ...

Untitled 14

you'll drag me down and hang me
from your smile tree on the rivers edge.
where thoughts of you flow like poison.
with words from your velvety ribbon tounge
show me exactly what its like, to feel alive.
as ashes fall, they write your image in the snow
We'll paint it black and blue,
as a painful reminder
that you'll tie my wings with ribbon,
and hang me up from the heart,
that's beating inside you, bleeding inside you.
As all hope is lost, I have forced myself to look away.
as your eyes peel the pieces from my lifeless heart
layed upon the pedestal, for you to see
And when we face the end, I'll make sure you never sleep again.
we'll find the deepest sleep, In graves we dug ourselves.
