Uphill Task Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Uphill Task

Race war is condemned
Color hysteria is condemned
Humanity still blossom
There lies wisdom

Not all want war
That possibility is far away
We are all concerned
If war clouds are not condensed

It must disappear
And cause no fear
Create apprehension and unrest
As world is facing its worst

We have become intolerant
At present
Somewhere it is religion
And somewhere territory in region

It is uphill task
But war should never start
It should add no more refuges with misery
There are millions already

War is definitely a metaphor for destruction. It is high time we realised that and take up that uphill task of eliminating it Thanks for sharing
