Upset Ocean Poem by Martin Byrne

Upset Ocean

I have been a thief in the night
The murderer of the end of me
I was born in the flood
The cycle never ended me
My gift was never taken
Now it comes to a close.
I lay in your arms, becoming more crippled by the second
I have no regrets or remorse as the blackness settles in.
I can only hope that during my short stay in this wave.
I have made your ocean a bit more calm

Dad, hey son, really like this, the darkness of the abyss, the ocean, some say it's the beginning of life. Just great verse Son, keep on with it now!
