Vanilla And Strawberry Poem by Olorunfemi Peters

Vanilla And Strawberry

Vanilla and strawberry,
Can I have a blend of both?
My taste buds cannot decipher,
The better of two worlds,
Venice or the Cannes?
Do I have to choose?
I want it all,
Your lips, his touch,
Two masters?
Whose turn to suffer?
Honor him, punish me,
Devil and the blue sea,
No cross and I can’t swim,
Two paths before you,
Indecision says left or right?
Ask Wisdom to take you by the arm,
You can’t go wrong with Her.
