Victory Poem by Cindy Wyatt

Victory

The horse and the rider God will cast into the sea
to conquer our enemies and give us victory

The giant Goliath with his shield and sword
is not strong enough to defeat our great Lord

The walls of Jericho will come tumbling down
and forever we will be wearing the victor's crown

God shut the lions' mouths to do Daniel no harm
and for us our enemies He will disarm

God parted the Red Sea to deliver his own
the all powerful Saviour who sits on His throne

The three Hebrew children were not hurt in the fiery flame
for God was with them to praise His glorious name

Hebrews 11: 29 By faith they passed through the Red sea as by dry land: which the Egyptians assaying to do were drowned.30: By faith the walls of Jericho fell down, after they were compassed about seven days.
