Waiting For Loneliness Poem by Deepa Thomas

Waiting For Loneliness

Rating: 4.6

Have you ever waited for loneliness?
The one which is as soft as a feather
Floating in the euphoric air
The one which is so high that
It can touch fiery glowing sun
Yet as lustful and ardent
Like forbidden love
As fragile as my mom’s china,
Which is kept with utmost care
As pliable as wet clay, waiting
To be moulded by that potter
As boundless as green blue sea,
Which takes its color from your eyes
I’m waiting for that very own sensation
Which enthralls like first love,
And is supernal like a spiritual journey.

You are making Loneliness sound like a great thing... I always though people who are lonely are sad... Yet, u are making me rethink...
