Waiting For The Bridegroom Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore

Waiting For The Bridegroom

We notice too late
what gives us faith
and trust, we notice
too late what is actually
important in our lives,
we notice too late
when we get lost.

If the bridegroom
is so late, you had time,
time, opportunities,
occasions to reflect,
to order, to realign your life.

Waiting for the bridegroom
is not a wasted time.
It is - grace!

(Ref. to the Holy Gospel according to St. Mathew
25,1 13 in the New Testament
„At that time Jesus told his disciples the following parable: The kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins')
