Wake Up Poem by anteaus berryhill

Wake Up

You wont shine if you let the clouds close you.

You never get paid if you stay under a shade.

Every day always fades.

And you look at what you got.

You see that their no money is made.

Pockets is on empty like gas and you feel sour like a lemonade.

You got to work hard every day.

If you want success it will have to take rain to find a pot of gold next to a rainbow.

But that's only if you taste like a little skittle.

In the summer you won't find snow.

Like some people that looks for a miracle through the struggle.

But if you stuck in the middle of trouble.

It will be hard to find yourself a parking space which means you got to hustle.

Unless you want to fly away into the orbit.

Or find a target for a profit.

Or depend On the people you trust.

If you need some lessons to gain some intelligence then take a ride on the school bus.

To learn the meaning of the world.

Moment of silence come in.

Now when the violence gonna end.

And every person is not the epitome of god

We not perfect we all have sin.

And we try to blow like the wind.

If you squeeze the blood out of a persons heart and drink it.

All you will feel is pain that is so vein.

And some people in this world is so insane.

And we out here try to look for a dream.

We wore jordans as poor kids to show that we was rich.

We have our heads down when our love ones vanquish.

Some people ended up addicted on drugs and can't stay clean like dirty dishes

You cant be feeling low underwater with the fishes.

You got to be on top and sail on the sea for wishes.

We must put them gats up and line them dollars up methodical.

And be a role model......
