Waning Moon Poem by Katarina Rheeder

Waning Moon

Rating: 5.0

The moon is a sliver
My heart is a stone
I've found the giver
But I'm still alone
The sun is an ocean
But i am left dry
All the commotion
For one little lie
I lie where you left me
So cold on the ground
I feel so empty
On my lonely cloud
To never feel sunshine
To never know peace
And if you were mine
Would I be at ease?
