Watching Raindrops Poem by Dorsey Baker

Watching Raindrops

Rating: 5.0

Baby I watch the raindrops
As they play upon the street
Make big puddles
Beneath my feet
Baby I'm watching raindrops
But home I would rather be
With me loving you
You loving me
Instead of watching raindrops
Home I would rather be
With you

I'm watching all these raindrops fall
I'm sad and lonely
And nature begins to call
And instead of
Watching all these raindrops
Home I would rather be
With you
