We Are Kind Too Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

We are kind too

Jesus, Lord Rama and Prophet Mohammad
All shared mother's womb
this was the only holy way
And find refuge in comfortable way

Even though we have placed lot more restrictions
It is more or so out of worry and inhibitions
We want ladies not to be put to shame
And later on put to criticism for blames

So far and so good, it was holy intention
But we have made it intolerable position
Instead having kept her at top of holy place
We have made them weak race

How can same place be reduced to such shame?
Where no religion is prepared to grant such freedom
Everybody claims to be offering religious sanctity
But on the contrary, it is against the wishes of almighty

It is our duty to protect womenfolk
But let us make less talk
Preserve their place in mind
And show that we are conscious and kind
