We Came On Earth To Make Things Better Poem by Hebert Logerie

We came here to make things better
To love our brothers and sisters of everywhere
To help and feed the world and each other
To cause less suffering, misery and nightmare
To dream, envision and plan for a better tomorrow
To annihilate racism, greed, corruption, and sorrow
To get rid of angst, maladies, and cancer
To make the air and the environment cleaner
To make the world a better and neater place
To let everyone know that there is one race
To let the world know that there are many ethnicities
So we can have many styles and diversities
Many groups to make things more colorful and better
The world is a forest, a haven with many species
The world is a garden, an oasis surrounded by water
Which houses countless flowers, plants and trees
And different creatures, tigers, elephants, and bees
We came on earth to make life better
To dream, work and indeed to love each other.
