They can say what they want,
when they talk about us.
They can do what they want,
when they act against us.

They can try to bring us down,
but they can't keep us there.
They can lead us down the wrong path,
but we'll still get there.

They can teach us from there books,
but we have our own beliefs.
They can call us what they want,
but they'll never say we're thieves.

For we know just who we are,
and we know where we come from.
We know where we're going,
and we know right from wrong.

We might not have wisdom,
we might not have wealth.
We might not have power,
But still we have faith.
